Fesler USA is now shipping a fiberglass package tray for the 1966-1967 Chevelle, hand-built in Phoenix, Arizona. The panel is designed to drop straight in alongside Fesler door panels and ships ready for upholstery or paint.
What it is and how it's built
Each tray is laid up, inspected, finished, and packaged in-house at the Fesler shop. No outsourcing, no overseas tooling. The panel can be modified to accept virtually any speaker size, and Fesler's flat Morel speakers are a compatible option that typically requires little to no cutting.
These panels ship raw, meaning upholstery is the builder's responsibility. Fesler does not sell pre-sewn patterns for this panel. Professional installation is the recommended path if you're not finishing interior work in your own shop.
