Fesler USA has released a complete four-panel fiberglass door panel set for 1988-2000 Chevy and GMC OBS crew cab trucks and Suburbans. The panels are hand laid in Phoenix with a smooth gel-coat finish and cover the entire factory door area front to rear.
What the panels are and how they're built
Each panel is hand laid fiberglass with a gel-coat surface, shipped ready for upholstery or paint. The full-coverage design eliminates the lower-door gaps and rot that show up on cut or modified OBS shells, and the set includes all four panels: front left, front right, rear left, and rear right.
The layout is optimized for power windows, with switch and lock positions intended to relocate to the center console. Door-mounted switches are possible with customer modification. Front and rear doors accept 6.5-inch speakers without cutting door metal when paired with the Fesler no-cut Morel speaker kit, which is available separately in standard, tweeter, or three-way configurations.
