Fiberglass door panels for the 1968-1969 Camaro and Firebird, built as a system
Fesler USA is now shipping a complete set of four fiberglass door panels for the 1968 and 1969 Chevrolet Camaro and 1968 and 1969 Pontiac Firebird, molded from extra-strength fiberglass and finished in smooth gel-coat. The panels are engineered to work with Fesler billet door handles, Fesler power window kits, and Morel speaker packages without cutting metal or fabricating mounting solutions from scratch.
What the panels are and how they're built
Each set includes two front panels and two rear panels. Front panels carry a built-in 6.5" speaker opening sized for Morel speaker kits that drop in without touching sheet metal. The gel-coat surface is consistent across all four panels and goes straight to the upholstery shop without additional prep work.
Fitment covers hardtop and convertible body styles. Hardtop installs run about one hour with minimal mock-up. Convertible rear panels require up to 50% trimming to clear top mechanisms, which adds roughly one hour of work. Builders running 1967 Camaros with retrofitted 1968-1969 doors can use these panels with minimal modification, but factory wing-window doors will need additional fabrication.

Built as a system, not a collection of parts
These panels share geometry with every other Fesler first-gen interior component, including kick panels, A-pillar panels, and the dash overlay. The handle pockets, speaker locations, and switch cutouts are all laid out to work with Fesler hardware from the start, which removes the guesswork from a full interior build.
"Every dimension on these panels was set with the handle, the window kit, and the speaker in mind. You shouldn't have to fight your interior to make it look right." -- Chris Fesler
